In this hybrid role, you’ll combine community coordination, payment management, and content quality responsibilities.
You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for users, helping them onboard, access support, and confidently navigate digital work platforms.
You’ll also help ensure payments are processed accurately while maintaining clear financial records and supporting project reporting.
Your attention to detail will contribute to high-quality app content, smooth feature testing, and continuous improvements to the user experience.
The role offers an opportunity to work closely with diverse communities while collaborating with project, technical, and external stakeholders.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for community members and app users, providing responsive, respectful, and inclusive support.
- Organise and facilitate onboarding activities, training sessions, and community engagement initiatives with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
- Handle first-level user questions, concerns, and complaints, helping resolve issues efficiently and escalating matters when appropriate.
- Gather, document, and communicate user feedback to project and technical teams to support improvements to products, services, and operational processes.
- Build positive relationships with community members, partners, and other stakeholders while fostering trust and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate records of engagement activities, participation, feedback, and outcomes for monitoring and reporting purposes.
- Oversee payment transactions and help ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, invoices, and financial records in collaboration with project leadership.
- Investigate payment-related issues and coordinate with relevant external partners to resolve financial matters.
- Review app content against established quality standards and project guidelines.
- Conduct internal testing of new features, updates, and workflows to identify bugs, usability concerns, and gaps in the user experience.
- Work with developers and content teams to troubleshoot issues and improve application functionality.
- Help create FAQs, user guides, training materials, and other resources that enable users to navigate the platform effectively.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 1 year of experience in community coordination, financial management, content review, or a related role.
- Degree or diploma in social sciences, business management, or another relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills and fluency in at least one of the following regional languages: Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Bhojpuri, Manipuri, Bengali, Bodo, Assamese, Santali, Maithili, Odiya, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, or Telugu.
- Experience working with marginalised communities and a strong understanding of their challenges, needs, and experiences.
- Familiarity with digital tools, mobile applications, or technology used in community-focused environments.
- Basic Excel skills and the ability to review, organise, and analyse data.
- Working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, basic data-handling tools such as Notepad++ or Google Colab.
- Familiarity with structured file formats such as JSON is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse communities.
- High attention to detail, particularly when handling financial information and reviewing content.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, adapt to changing project requirements, and work effectively with different stakeholders.
- A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
