The role focuses on turning complex datasets into actionable insights that improve forecast accuracy, planning maturity, and operational performance. You will collaborate with demand planners, commercial teams, finance, supply planning, technology teams, and other stakeholders across regions. Your analysis will directly support business reviews, planning transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and analyze demand planning performance indicators, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Forecast Value Add, and other relevant planning metrics.

Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance-monitoring solutions that enable effective business reviews and decision-making.

Conduct root-cause analysis of forecast deviations, planning gaps, and operational performance issues, translating findings into actionable improvement opportunities.

Analyze demand patterns, customer trends, product performance, and key business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and planning improvements.

Consolidate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Support monthly Demand Review and broader business review processes through performance reporting, analytical insights, and data-driven recommendations.

Partner with demand planners, commercial teams, finance, supply planning, IT, and external stakeholders on analytics, reporting, and planning initiatives.

Contribute to planning transformation programs, new capability deployments, process improvements, testing activities, and business adoption initiatives.

Document reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, governance standards, analytical processes, and data-related procedures.

Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of planning analytics.

Help strengthen data-driven decision-making and contribute to the ongoing development of planning performance management capabilities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant analytical discipline.

Professional experience in demand planning, supply chain, business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.

Strong experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, analytical models, and performance measurement frameworks.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate, analyze, and present complex datasets.

Experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence and data visualization platforms.

Practical knowledge of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear business recommendations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain complex analytical findings to audiences with different levels of technical expertise.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) Demand Planning is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Demand Review processes is an advantage.

Experience with SQL and advanced data-querying techniques is preferred.

Familiarity with forecasting performance metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add is beneficial.

Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders is a plus.

Experience supporting OTC Scent & Taste and/or PWB business processes is advantageous.

Familiarity with MyBIS reporting environments, analytics solutions, and planning data structures is an additional advantage.
