As a Data Analyst Sr, you’ll lead complex analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and measurement initiatives across multiple business areas and stakeholder groups.
You’ll shape measurement frameworks, KPI strategies, tracking plans, and reporting approaches that turn business questions into reliable analytical outputs.
The role combines digital analytics, data collection, tag management, semantic modeling, and advanced performance analysis.
You’ll serve as a senior advisor to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear insights that support informed business decisions.
You’ll also help establish standards for data quality, privacy, consent, measurement governance, and analytical documentation.
Working across distributed, multidisciplinary teams, you’ll mentor other practitioners and contribute to scalable analytics solutions and reusable best practices.
This is a remote opportunity for an experienced analytics professional who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and connecting technology, data, and business strategy.

  • Lead complex reporting, dashboarding, measurement, and performance analysis workstreams across business areas, channels, and stakeholder groups.
  • Define measurement and reporting strategies that connect business questions, KPI frameworks, semantic logic, tracking requirements, and dashboard outputs.
  • Own measurement frameworks for assigned accounts, including measurement and tracking plans, solution design references, event taxonomies, and naming conventions.
  • Set technical direction for data collection and tag management, including Google Tag Manager, data layer specifications, and server-side tagging where appropriate for data quality, performance, or privacy.
  • Define QA and validation standards for tracking implementations, maintain martech and tag inventories, and recommend remediation for identified gaps or defects.
  • Establish approaches for conversion, experimentation, and attribution measurement in collaboration with CRO, personalization, and media teams.
  • Protect measurement continuity during replatforming and migrations through pre-migration baselines, parity checks, and post-launch validation.
  • Guide dashboard-ready data modeling, lightweight transformation logic, and semantic modeling practices to support consistent and scalable analytics.
  • Establish best practices for KPI design, reporting logic, metric definitions, analytical documentation, privacy, consent, and data quality.
  • Analyze structured data to identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and business insights, translating findings into executive-ready narratives.
  • Act as a senior advisor and escalation point for client and internal stakeholders on measurement implications, reporting tradeoffs, dashboard strategy, and questions about reported results.
  • Collaborate with Measurement Implementation Analysts, CRO Analysts, SEO/GEO Specialists, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, engineering teams, CMS teams, and platform teams.
  • Review and improve existing analytics deliverables and create reusable assets such as measurement frameworks, tracking plan templates, QA checklists, and documentation.
  • Support proposals, scoping, estimation, capability building, and internal thought leadership where senior analytical expertise is required.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level practitioners, provide quality reviews on major deliverables, and help raise analytical and measurement standards across teams.
  • Use approved AI-enabled analytics and productivity tools to accelerate reporting, insight generation, documentation, pattern exploration, and repeatable workflows while maintaining human accountability for accuracy and judgment.
  • Review AI-assisted analysis, tracking plans, tag configurations, and QA scripts against source data, measurement frameworks, privacy requirements, and business context before implementation or decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, digital analytics, measurement strategy, reporting, dashboarding, or performance measurement.
  • Deep working knowledge of digital analytics and the ability to define KPI frameworks, measurement strategies, reporting logic, and analytical approaches in complex business environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with tag management and data collection, including Google Tag Manager, data layer design, event taxonomies, and validation workflows.
  • Working knowledge of server-side tagging, first-party data collection, identity and cookie behavior, and the associated technical and measurement tradeoffs.
  • Understanding of consent management and privacy expectations as they relate to data collection and reporting accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of semantic modeling and how metric definitions contribute to consistency and trust across dashboards and reports.
  • Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to identify root causes, business drivers, risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Advanced ability to translate data into clear, actionable, business-relevant narratives for diverse stakeholder groups, including executive audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and bring structure to loosely defined analytics requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including executive-level presentation and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and elevate delivery quality across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong attention to detail while balancing speed, practicality, and business value.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in the Americas and across multiple disciplines.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is expected, while consulting experience is a plus.
  • Practical fluency with AI-assisted analytics, including the ability to use AI tools responsibly while maintaining human accountability for analytical judgment, data accuracy, governance, and recommendations.
  • Experience with relevant analytics and reporting platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Experience with data and querying technologies such as SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tag management and data collection tools such as Adobe Experience Platform Tags, Tealium iQ, Segment, and related data-layer patterns.
  • Familiarity with consent and privacy platforms such as OneTrust, Didomi, Cookiebot, Consent Mode, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience with optimization, experimentation, CDP, media, and marketing measurement ecosystems such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, Google Ads, Meta, Conversion APIs, offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions, and Search Console is valuable.
  • Preferred certifications or equivalent applied training include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform Tags, Tealium, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or privacy and consent management.
