Join a global life sciences and diagnostics environment where effective supply chain management helps ensure critical products reach customers on time. As a DC Buyer Planner, you will coordinate finished goods planning, purchasing, inventory management, and order fulfillment across distribution centers. You will use demand forecasts, operational data, and root-cause analysis to maintain product availability and achieve on-time delivery targets. Working closely with warehouse teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will help improve inventory accuracy, streamline processes, and resolve supply chain issues. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, revenue objectives, and daily operational performance. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing complex workflows and delivering measurable results in an international setting.

  • Plan finished goods inventory based on forecasts and customer demand to support product availability and operational targets.

  • Monitor and manage customer orders to achieve on-time delivery (OTD) targets and meet daily fulfillment commitments.

  • Coordinate internal orders, order-to-order (OTO) transactions, and drop-ship order management.

  • Manage purchase orders and follow up on procurement activities to support timely product replenishment.

  • Set up and maintain IMAG for finished goods items, ensuring accurate planning parameters and records.

  • Analyze missed delivery lines, identify root causes, and maintain Pareto analyses to track recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

  • Implement corrective and preventive actions as part of structured problem-solving and continuous improvement processes.

  • Monitor inventory levels across assigned distribution centers, balancing customer demand with the need to minimize excess stock and waste.

  • Create scrap tickets for expired or obsolete products and coordinate with warehouse teams to clear the corresponding inventory from Oracle.

  • Lead daily management activities for finished goods planning, tracking performance against operational targets.

  • Support the achievement of sales revenue objectives through effective planning, order management, and inventory availability.

  • Validate, receive, and process invoices associated with drop-ship orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.

  • Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders to resolve planning, purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment issues.

  • Monitor supplier performance and contribute to improvements in reliability, product availability, and supply chain efficiency.
