- Lead and execute the overall recruiting and talent acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational growth objectives and workforce priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong, scalable talent pipeline across functions, locations, and levels of the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, establish recruiting priorities, and deliver effective hiring plans.
- Strengthen recruiting processes, systems, and practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and external partnerships to expand access to qualified talent.
- Use recruiting data and workforce insights to monitor hiring performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support informed decision-making.
- Lead and develop recruiting professionals, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and opportunities for growth.
- Support talent integration and broader workforce initiatives while promoting an inclusive and respectful hiring environment.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment capabilities, employer positioning, and the overall talent pipeline.
Requirements

- Proven experience leading recruiting teams and managing hiring initiatives across multiple functions, locations, or business environments.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, recruiting operations, and talent pipeline development.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives, business leaders, and hiring managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and workforce data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on operational execution in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring initiatives simultaneously.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and consistent recruiting practices.
- Experience working with recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and other talent acquisition tools.
