Support strategic, analytical, and divisional planning projects that contribute to business objectives and organizational priorities.

Assist with business planning and strategy development for retail markets and related initiatives.

Conduct ad hoc analyses, synthesize information, and translate findings into actionable insights.

Collaborate with teams across functions and organizational levels to understand business needs and coordinate initiatives with broader strategic priorities.

Develop and present project findings and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders.

Participate in executive mentorship, networking, and professional development activities throughout the program.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a master's degree such as an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA, or a similar graduate degree, with an interest in health care management and strategic planning.

Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; this program does not offer sponsorship or participation under OPT or CPT.

Strong project management capabilities, including organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across departments and at different levels of an organization.

Understanding of strategic planning methods and awareness of relevant industry trends.

Experience with analytics, research, and synthesizing complex information into clear conclusions.

Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard PC applications.

Health insurance or health care industry experience is preferred, as is a demonstrated interest in the health care sector.
