You will serve as a trusted advisor, building executive relationships and aligning partner priorities with broader business objectives. The role combines account strategy, consultative selling, forecasting, business planning, and ecosystem development. You will coordinate specialists and field sales teams to create differentiated customer solutions and unlock new opportunities. Success requires strong commercial judgment, technology awareness, and the ability to influence without direct authority. This is a remote role with significant responsibility, a substantial sales quota, and broad exposure across commercial, enterprise, public sector, cloud, and service-provider markets.

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the partner, identifying emerging opportunities, market trends, and areas where joint priorities can create mutual growth.

Develop and execute joint business plans that drive end-to-end revenue, profitability, pipeline generation, market share, and partner loyalty.

Build strong executive-level relationships and influence partner leadership to increase commitment, resources, sellers, solution architects, and other capabilities dedicated to the portfolio.

Coordinate sales activities, education, marketing initiatives, executive briefings, forecasting, business planning, and customer engagements, leveraging internal specialists where appropriate.

Lead account-mapping activities between partner and field sales teams to improve alignment, identify opportunities, and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

Position products, services, technology alliances, and solutions according to customer needs while achieving assigned sales objectives.

Recruit and cultivate new partner relationships to expand market reach and strengthen channel commitment.

Monitor industry developments, technology trends, competitive dynamics, and partner priorities to identify new business opportunities.

Apply financial and business acumen to develop strategic plans, assess opportunities, forecast performance, and communicate the value of proposed solutions.

Support compliance with applicable partner standards, legal requirements, and business conduct expectations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; a university degree is preferred.

Typically 8+ years of experience in partner or channel sales, ideally within complex technology environments.

Demonstrated experience selling through partners and developing mutually beneficial business relationships.

Experience working with and through ePlus or a comparable technology solutions provider/channel partner.

Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets, current technology trends, IT investment strategies, and technology portfolios.

Proven account-management and strategic-planning capabilities, including experience managing significant sales quotas and developing joint business plans.

Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and influence partner actions.

Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, including negotiation, conflict management, and presentation abilities.

Strong financial acumen, including familiarity with revenue projections, business cases, financial performance, and opportunity forecasting.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across sales, technical, marketing, and partner organizations.

Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing opportunities and meet deadlines.
