Your feedback will help inform improvements to a product used by a global community of social media users.

Participate in a paid user research study focused on the experience of an Instagram+ paid subscription.
Complete two research sessions scheduled approximately seven days apart.
Use Instagram naturally between sessions and remain attentive to your experience with the paid subscription.
Provide honest, detailed feedback about your experience with the product.
Record and upload short, selfie-style video responses as part of the research activities.
Complete study activities in English or your native language, as applicable.
Share your Instagram username so that your active subscription status can be verified.
Follow the study instructions and complete all required activities within the agreed timeframe.

Requirements

Currently reside in India.
Be at least 18 years old.
Have an active, paid Instagram+ subscription that is not a free trial and has been active for more than one month.
Use Instagram on an iPhone or Android smartphone.
Be willing to provide your Instagram username for subscription verification.
Be comfortable recording and uploading short video responses featuring yourself.
Be able to complete the study in English or your native language.
No previous professional software testing experience is required.
Reliable, honest, and comfortable sharing candid feedback about your user experience.
Able to dedicate approximately 1.5–2 hours across the two research sessions, with light ongoing attention between them.
