As a Global Trade Compliance Specialist, you will support the organization’s international trade compliance activities, helping ensure that global operations are conducted in accordance with applicable requirements and internal standards.

  • Support global trade compliance activities and processes across international operations.
  • Help ensure cross-border activities align with applicable import, export, and trade regulations.
  • Review trade-related requirements and identify potential compliance considerations or risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support compliant and efficient international business processes.
  • Maintain accurate trade compliance documentation and records.
  • Assist with compliance reviews, inquiries, and related assessments as required.
  • Monitor relevant regulatory developments and support the implementation of appropriate compliance updates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of global trade compliance processes.
  • Communicate trade compliance requirements and guidance clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support a strong culture of compliance, accuracy, and accountability across global operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring a strong interest in global trade compliance, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in an international environment.

  • Professional experience in global trade compliance, international trade, import/export, customs, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of trade compliance principles and applicable import and export regulations.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage documentation and compliance information accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English for communication within a global business environment.
  • Experience working in a regulated or highly controlled industry is desirable.
