Healthcare Consulting Manager - Revenue Cycle

This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact healthcare consulting engagements focused on revenue cycle performance.
You will help hospitals and health systems improve financial outcomes while strengthening operational efficiency and patient-facing processes.
The position combines project leadership, data-driven performance improvement, and revenue cycle expertise.
You will manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives while guiding junior team members and building strong client relationships.
The role provides exposure to strategic challenges across billing, coding, collections, denials, and patient access.

This is a remote position with travel varying according to client and project requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 6+ years of experience in project leadership and workplan management within a consulting firm environment.

• Professional experience focused on hospital or physician revenue cycle, denials management, or patient access services.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple workstreams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into practical performance improvement initiatives.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with clients and project teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project requirements; current travel across the healthcare practice averages less than 50% annually.

• U.S. work authorization required.

• Experience working within a matrixed organization or cross-functional environment is preferred.
