The role combines strategic program ownership with hands-on execution, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
You will connect digital events to broader demand generation initiatives and take direct ownership of their contribution to pipeline.
Working across marketing, sales, regional teams, and external partners, you will build scalable programs that deliver measurable business impact.
You will also leverage AI, data, and modern event technology to personalize experiences and improve efficiency.

Own the global strategy, calendar, and operating model for the digital events portfolio, including webinars, virtual experiences, on-demand sessions, and digital activations.

Partner with regional teams to support consistent and effective execution across markets.

Develop audience segmentation, event formats, and content programming aligned with enterprise buyer personas and go-to-market priorities.

Create repeatable frameworks, processes, and playbooks that enable scalable, high-quality digital event execution.

Manage relationships with webinar platforms, virtual event technology providers, production partners, and other external vendors.

Integrate AI into digital event workflows, including personalization, content development, follow-up automation, and performance analysis.

Own pipeline objectives associated with the digital events portfolio and maintain a clear understanding of what is performing, what is converting, and where improvements are needed.

Collaborate with Field Marketing and Campaign teams to integrate digital events into broader demand generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives.

Build and maintain full-funnel reporting covering registrations, attendance, engagement, follow-up conversion, and pipeline influence.

Develop and apply attribution frameworks to assess channel contribution and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Use performance data and evidence-based insights to make strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Drive programs independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without relying on direct authority.

Establish scalable processes and measurable standards that strengthen digital engagement across the organization.
Requirements

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital events, integrated campaigns, or closely related marketing functions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.

Demonstrated ownership of a digital events or webinar program with direct responsibility for pipeline outcomes.

Experience working in a platform-first or multi-solution SaaS environment and engaging multiple enterprise buyer personas.

Background in demand generation, account-based experience (ABX), or integrated campaign strategy, with a proven ability to connect marketing activities to pipeline.

Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, personalization, workflow optimization, or event performance analysis.

Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how digital events contribute to full-funnel demand generation.

Experience designing and scaling digital experiences beyond traditional webinars, such as virtual summits, multi-session events, or on-demand content hubs.

Proficiency with digital event and webinar platforms such as ON24, Zoom Events, or Goldcast, as well as marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.

Proven ability to build performance dashboards, manage attribution reporting, interpret marketing data, and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to create clear program briefs, concise executive summaries, and effective cross-functional communications.

Ability to influence sales and marketing stakeholders, drive follow-up and pipeline conversion, and move initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
