Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This part-time remote role provides accessible, high-quality mental health care to children, adolescents, and young adults across Kentucky.
You’ll deliver individual and family therapy through secure telehealth while developing thoughtful, trauma-informed treatment plans.
The role combines clinical autonomy with strong interdisciplinary collaboration across therapists, psychiatric providers, and care coordinators.
You’ll manage your own schedule while receiving referrals, credentialing, billing, and administrative support.

Clinicians are supported through professional development, case consultation, and opportunities to take on greater clinical responsibility.
The expected caseload is approximately 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings.

• Active Kentucky independent clinical license, such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or a demonstrated interest in serving these populations.

• Experience delivering behavioral health services through telehealth is beneficial.

• Ability to work independently and manage a remote clinical caseload effectively.

• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal communication, organization, and documentation skills.

• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive mental health care.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical and care teams.

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation while managing a flexible caseload.
