As a Manager, Inside Sales, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for guiding prospective clients and families through the admissions process. You’ll oversee a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment where responsiveness and service quality directly influence access to care. The role combines people leadership, operational management, performance coaching, and client experience. You’ll use key performance indicators to improve admission rates, satisfaction, contact center performance, and time-to-admission. You’ll also partner with internal teams and executive leadership to identify opportunities and strengthen admissions and discharge processes. This is a remote leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on measurable results while keeping the needs of clients and families at the center of their work.

Lead and support a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions with prospective clients, families, and referral sources.

Hire, onboard, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for Admissions Coordinators.

Establish clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to help team members achieve individual and team performance goals.

Coordinate team schedules, workload distribution, and daily operations to maintain efficient coverage and service levels.

Ensure consistently high contact center service levels, communication standards, and call quality.

Oversee timely and consistent communication with prospective clients, families, and referral partners throughout the admissions process.

Lead the team in creating a supportive and client-centered admissions experience while addressing and resolving concerns related to the program.

Monitor key performance indicators, including admission rates, patient satisfaction, time-to-admission, and other operational metrics.

Partner with internal teams to identify and resolve operational barriers that could affect admissions, client experience, or performance outcomes.

Develop and implement best practices across admissions and discharge workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.

Analyze team performance and communicate relevant insights, progress, and opportunities to executive leadership.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure team adherence to established timelines, policies, and operational standards.
Requirements

3–6+ years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring teams of Admissions Representatives, Sales Representatives, or similar client-facing professionals.

Demonstrated experience managing performance against measurable KPIs, quotas, service-level targets, or other operational goals.

Experience working with Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management systems.

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and make effective decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Excellent coaching, communication, and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Strong customer or client service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive or complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into practical improvements.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules, documentation, workflows, and deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Experience in behavioral health or healthcare is a plus.

Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and healthcare privacy practices is a plus.

Comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong collaboration, accountability, and communication across distributed teams.
