This is an exciting opportunity to shape the employee experience within a fast-growing organization operating at the intersection of financial services, technology, and digital assets. You will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and employee support. Through your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence, you will help create a positive, consistent, and efficient workplace experience. You will collaborate with People, Legal, Finance, and technical teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate employee records, and resolve complex employee matters. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to automation initiatives that reduce administrative workloads and improve service delivery. Working in a security-conscious, highly regulated environment, you will help build scalable People operations while supporting a diverse, distributed workforce.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and execute onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes, ensuring accurate and timely handoffs across human resources information systems (HRIS), payroll, benefits, and other relevant teams.
  • Employee Case Management: Manage employee inquiries and cases from initial intake through resolution, providing clear guidance on policies and processes while escalating sensitive or complex matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Immigration Coordination: Oversee immigration-related case logistics, track progress, coordinate documentation, and collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to support employees throughout the process.
  • HR Systems and Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and use HR technology platforms to support efficient People operations, including systems such as Dayforce, Remote, Lever, and immigration management tools.
  • Training and Compliance: Coordinate the deployment and tracking of mandatory People, Legal, and Compliance training through the HRIS, ensuring completion records are accurate and deadlines are met.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Partner with technical, analytics, and AI teams to identify repetitive administrative workflows, evaluate automation opportunities, and test new tools before implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build effective working relationships with People Business Partners, Total Rewards, Accounting, People Analytics, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflows and consistent employee support.
  • Employee Experience Optimization: Identify recurring questions, feedback themes, and operational bottlenecks that may negatively affect the employee experience, and recommend practical improvements to address them.
  • Operational Planning and Prioritization: Manage multiple time-sensitive workflows and moderately complex projects, applying sound judgment to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.
  • Continuous Learning and Organizational Support: Stay informed about HR technology, People operations best practices, employee engagement insights, and relevant data privacy considerations. Contribute to recruitment activities through referrals, interviews, and hiring support.
