The position focuses heavily on lower-funnel marketing, customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and retargeting.
You’ll work across paid search, display, and social media channels while managing budgets against defined ROI targets.
Data analysis and experimentation will be central to identifying trends, testing new approaches, and improving campaign efficiency.
You’ll collaborate with an international, diverse, and agile team while developing deeper expertise in technical performance marketing topics.

Support end-to-end management of lower-funnel performance marketing campaigns, primarily for retail and eCommerce clients.

Manage campaign budgets and execute paid media strategies designed to achieve client ROI and performance objectives.

Set up and manage customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and retargeting campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, display, and social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, trend identification, and performance insights.

Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as click-through rate, conversion rate, ROI, and new customer acquisition.

Analyze campaign results and interpret performance data to identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.

Maintain campaign quality and ensure execution remains aligned with defined client objectives and performance targets.

Develop accurate performance reports and communicate findings and recommendations through clear, convincing presentations.

Establish a continuous optimization cycle by identifying improvement opportunities, testing changes, measuring outcomes, and applying learnings.

Develop specialized expertise in technical performance marketing topics and share knowledge with colleagues and the wider team.

Collaborate with international colleagues and contribute to an agile, data-driven working environment.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a genuine interest in working with numbers, data, and technology.

Ideally, initial professional or academic experience in online marketing, particularly Search Engine Advertising (SEA/PPC) and social media advertising.

Strong interest in performance marketing, paid media, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Solid Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with performance data and metrics.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, at a professional or native level.

Highly organized and able to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining attention to detail.
