You’ll also help build repeatable processes, market intelligence, and performance benchmarks that improve delivery efficiency over time.

  • Oversee the quality of estimating team outputs and ensure projects are ready for turnover.

  • Track and resolve subcontractor-related risks before buyout and address assumption gaps, pricing discrepancies, scope mismatches, and other potential delivery issues.

  • Establish clear go/no-go and project readiness criteria before projects transition into formal execution.

  • Oversee post-signature contract readiness, including contract kickoffs, extraction of contractual obligations, and risk handoffs to project management and operations.

  • Ensure execution teams enter NTP with clearly understood contractual obligations, aligned budget assumptions, subcontractor strategies, and visibility into outstanding items.

  • Monitor and improve pre-NTP cycle times, handoff quality, subcontractor coverage, and recurring root causes of downstream project disruption.
