- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for products, features, and capabilities from early-stage planning through launch and rollout.
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that communicates customer value and supports business objectives.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to align launch plans, messaging, and commercial priorities.
- Create competitive positioning, battlecards, objection-handling resources, and sales enablement materials that help customer-facing teams communicate effectively.
- Translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives, messaging frameworks, and marketing content tailored to different audiences.
- Support product launches by coordinating go-to-market activities, ensuring teams have the information, tools, and materials needed for successful adoption.
- Gather market, customer, and competitive insights to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market decisions.
- Continuously evaluate market response and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve messaging, enablement, and product adoption.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, sales enablement, customer marketing, or a related function within a technology company.
- Demonstrated experience owning go-to-market strategy or positioning for a product, feature, or capability from early planning through rollout.
- Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, launches, and sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience creating competitive positioning, battlecards, objection-handling materials, or other resources used by customer-facing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex product concepts into clear, persuasive, customer-focused messaging.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong customer and market orientation, with the ability to identify insights that can strengthen positioning and commercial outcomes.
- Familiarity with technology products and SaaS or other digital business models is highly desirable.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada and able to work remotely.
