We are seeking a strategic, results-driven enterprise sales leader to accelerate revenue growth and expand high-value client relationships through AI-powered technology solutions. In this remote leadership role, you will oversee strategic account development, identify opportunities for product and service expansion, and build trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers. You will combine deep enterprise sales expertise with AI knowledge, commercial insight, and data-driven planning to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional client outcomes. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you will align account strategies with broader business objectives while identifying emerging market opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise growth within an innovative technology environment that values accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that support annual sales targets, multi-year revenue objectives, and long-term business growth.

  • Executive Relationship Management: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across assigned enterprise accounts, strengthening partnerships and client satisfaction.

  • Revenue Growth and Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product adoption, introduce complementary services, and increase account value through tailored AI-driven technology solutions.

  • Enterprise Sales and Negotiation: Lead complex sales discussions, negotiate high-value contracts, and develop strategies that support sustainable revenue growth and mutually beneficial client relationships.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal business, product, and operational stakeholders to align account strategies, coordinate solution delivery, and ensure a high standard of client service.

  • Market and Performance Analysis: Evaluate market trends, client performance metrics, financial data, and emerging business opportunities to inform strategic decisions and strengthen account planning.

  • Executive Insights and Risk Management: Provide senior leadership with actionable recommendations regarding account performance, client needs, growth opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Industry Representation: Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, industry events, and company gatherings to strengthen relationships, expand professional networks, and identify new opportunities.

  • AI Integration and Operational Excellence: Use company-approved generative AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate high-value deliverables while applying sound judgment to verify accuracy, maintain brand alignment, and identify potentially incorrect AI-generated content.

  • Data Governance and Responsible AI: Protect confidential business information and personally identifiable information by following approved AI usage policies and ensuring sensitive data is not exposed to unauthorized systems.

  • Workload and Stakeholder Management: Manage competing priorities effectively, meet deadlines, exercise independent judgment, and maintain professional relationships in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development, or 6 years of experience with a master's degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Advanced understanding of enterprise technology sales, strategic account management, and the application of AI-enabled solutions in business environments.

  • Proven success managing complex enterprise relationships, negotiating high-value contracts, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and commercial skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, assess market dynamics, and identify account expansion opportunities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present recommendations to executive-level clients and internal leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take ownership of outcomes, and remain accountable for results.

  • Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills, including the ability to align stakeholders across departments and organizational levels.

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to develop clear, context-rich prompts that support consistent, high-quality business outputs.

  • Ability to critically review AI-generated content for factual accuracy, relevance, brand consistency, and potential errors while adhering to data privacy and governance requirements.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as business needs require.

  • Ability to perform the essential duties of the role in a home or office environment, including extended computer use and periodic travel-related physical activities.

  • Work location eligibility: Remote hiring is currently limited to approved states. For exempt positions, eligible states include Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois.
