Requirements

Professional experience: At least five years of commercial software development experience, particularly in backend engineering. Candidates across different seniority levels will be considered, starting from five years of professional experience.

Backend programming expertise: Proficiency in multiple backend programming languages and frameworks, such as C#, .NET, C++, or comparable technologies.

Modern architecture knowledge: Practical experience with contemporary backend architecture principles, including microservices and the development of scalable, maintainable applications.

Cloud engineering experience: Demonstrated experience building and deploying cloud-based solutions, ideally using Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

Database proficiency: Familiarity with relational database systems such as PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL, including their use in production applications.

Software architecture skills: The ability to contribute to technical design decisions, evaluate architectural approaches, and develop robust solutions for complex engineering requirements.

DevOps and CI/CD knowledge: An understanding of DevOps principles, automated delivery workflows, and continuous integration and deployment tools is an advantage.

Client-facing experience: Previous experience working directly with clients, managing technical expectations, and delivering software engineering projects in a professional environment.

Problem-solving ability: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate complex issues and implement effective solutions independently.

Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with distributed teams.
