Implementation ManagerProject & Program Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex hardware and software deployments for strategic customers across the United States. In this role, you will oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring seamless installations, effective training, and successful adoption of integrated technology solutions. You will work closely with enterprise customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence will help optimize deployment processes and drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes. You will play a critical role in connecting technical delivery with real-world operational needs, particularly in environments where technology can improve safety, care, and efficiency. As part of a growing, mission-driven organization, you will have the opportunity to influence implementation strategies, improve scalable processes, and build lasting customer relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects: Own multiple deployments simultaneously, from sales handoff and initial scoping through planning, hardware and software installation, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Manage project planning and delivery: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and milestones to ensure implementations are completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with customer expectations and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee deployment execution: Coordinate hardware and software delivery, installation activities, site readiness, operational dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth implementation experience across customer facilities.
  • Manage strategic customer relationships: Serve as the primary operational contact for key stakeholders throughout implementation, maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Collaborate with sales, go-to-market, operations, product support, clinical teams, and external contractors to align resources, address implementation challenges, and deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Deliver effective training and adoption: Organize and execute customer training to support successful product use, operational readiness, and a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing customer success management.
  • Optimize implementation processes: Identify opportunities to improve deployment efficiency, consistency, scalability, and quality by applying lean methodologies and tools such as value-stream mapping.
  • Monitor project performance and mitigate risks: Track milestones, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Support continuous improvement: Document lessons learned, refine implementation playbooks, and contribute to standardized processes that improve delivery outcomes across multiple customer sites.
  • Travel to customer locations: Visit facilities across the United States as needed to oversee deployments, support customer engagements, and ensure successful execution on-site.
