The Senior Integration Manager will lead complex merger and acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives, ensuring acquired businesses are seamlessly aligned with strategic objectives and operational priorities. This role focuses on enterprise resource planning (ERP) integrations, Accounting and Finance, Tax, and Treasury, coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the integration lifecycle. You will translate due diligence findings into comprehensive integration plans, manage project milestones, and proactively address risks to ensure successful execution. Working closely with senior executives, functional leaders, and internal and external stakeholders, you will drive accountability, alignment, and measurable results. You will also help strengthen integration methodologies, develop scalable playbooks, and promote continuous improvement across acquisition-related projects. M&A integration planning: Translate due diligence findings into comprehensive integration plans for assigned functions, ensuring alignment with strategic investment objectives, business priorities, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
ERP integration and migration: Lead integration workstreams involving enterprise resource planning systems, including Oracle, SAP, Workday, and similar platforms, with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Treasury operations.
Project execution and delivery: Manage the day-to-day execution of integration initiatives, overseeing project timelines, resources, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Stakeholder alignment and leadership: Secure alignment from senior leadership, corporate development teams, departmental leaders, and integration workstream owners. Establish clear expectations, maintain accountability, and ensure consistent communication throughout the integration lifecycle.
Cross-functional coordination: Partner with functional leaders, acquired businesses, the Integration Management Office, and internal and external stakeholders, including onshore and offshore teams and third-party vendors, to coordinate activities and maintain alignment across workstreams.
Progress monitoring and reporting: Facilitate workstream meetings, track action items, monitor project performance, and provide timely status reports to project teams and senior leadership. Escalate risks, delays, dependencies, and blockers while driving appropriate resolution.
Change management and risk mitigation: Identify integration challenges early, manage project risks, support stakeholders through organizational and operational changes, and ensure that integration plans remain aligned with evolving business needs.
Process governance and quality assurance: Apply established project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to maintain consistency, transparency, and quality across integration initiatives.
Post-integration evaluation: Conduct postmortem reviews, document lessons learned, identify successful practices and improvement opportunities, and incorporate findings into future integration strategies.
Integration playbooks and continuous improvement: Support the development and maintenance of integration strategies, planning materials, playbooks, and tools. Recommend improvements to integration processes and methodologies.
Team development and coaching: Provide project management guidance and coaching to team members across supported functions, promoting collaboration, effective execution, and accountability.
