As a Senior Producer, you will serve as a key operational leader across the full game development lifecycle, from early concept and pre-production through launch and live operations. You will work closely with creative directors and discipline leads to turn creative vision into clear roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans. The role spans design, engineering, art, audio, and narrative, ensuring teams remain aligned and productive. You will proactively manage risks, dependencies, scope, and timelines while protecting the quality of the player experience. Using production metrics and agile practices, you will improve workflows, capacity planning, and delivery predictability. This is an opportunity to help shape ambitious, narrative-driven gaming experiences within a fast-paced and highly collaborative development environment.

  • Lead full game development lifecycles, including concept, pre-production, production, launch, and live operations, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Partner with Directors and Discipline Leads to translate creative direction into actionable roadmaps, sprint objectives, milestones, and measurable delivery goals.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve production workflows across design, engineering, art, audio, and narrative teams.
  • Identify creative, technical, resource, and timeline bottlenecks early, then implement scope prioritization, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies.
  • Serve as a central communication hub between creative and technical teams, facilitate sprint rituals, and provide clear roadmap and delivery updates to leadership.
  • Use production metrics such as velocity, burndown, and capacity planning to optimize workflows, balance workloads, and support informed decision-making.
  • Foster a transparent and collaborative production culture that supports developer well-being while maintaining accountability for delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate post-launch support, content releases, and live game operations as needed.
