You will own positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence while working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Pipeline teams. A key part of the role is developing deep expertise in fund administration buyers, their priorities, and the teams involved in purchasing decisions. You will also build a strong understanding of internal subject-matter experts and customer references to support high-value opportunities. The position combines strategic product marketing with hands-on deal support and customer insight. It is well suited to someone who understands fund administration and can turn complex industry knowledge into compelling commercial narratives.

  • Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for the fund administration business, creating differentiated value propositions for CFOs, fund controllers, finance and fund operations leaders, investor services, accounting, treasury, compliance, loan operations, and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop buyer and influencer personas, industry playbooks, objection frameworks, and content strategies across the sales journey.
  • Build and maintain a detailed understanding of internal fund administration experts, including their areas of expertise and the situations where their involvement can best support sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of reference customers across different sizes, asset classes, and profiles, helping Sales match relevant customer proof to prospects.
  • Lead fund administration product and feature launches from planning through execution, establishing repeatable launch frameworks and coordinating readiness across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the broader market.
  • Gather post-launch adoption signals and customer feedback and use those insights to inform future product development.
  • Partner directly with Sales leadership and sellers to create executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, demo narratives, stakeholder-specific presentations, and other deal-support materials.
  • Support pipeline generation, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across the broader platform by maintaining consistent and compelling product narratives.
  • Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on fund administration deal dynamics and contribute directly to messaging and strategy for high-priority opportunities.
  • Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and Sales feedback sessions to strengthen understanding of fund administration personas, use cases, and buying priorities.
  • Develop customer stories that provide credible, real-world evidence for positioning and sales conversations.
  • Own competitive intelligence for the fund administration segment and share actionable insights with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Use AI agents, LLMs, and automation tools to accelerate account research, synthesize customer and competitive insights, and improve the production of messaging and enablement materials while applying human judgment where needed.
