This is a strategic learning and development opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about building programs that help people and organizations grow. You will design, implement, and evaluate learning experiences aligned with business priorities and evolving workforce needs. The role combines learning strategy, program management, stakeholder partnership, digital learning, and data-driven evaluation. You will work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and subject-matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate them into impactful development initiatives. Your work will support programs ranging from onboarding and compliance to AI, growth, and professional certification academies. In a dynamic and globally connected environment, you will help foster continuous learning, innovation, and career development across a diverse workforce.

Design and develop high-quality, learner-centered learning programs and materials that address organizational priorities and support continuous professional development.

Act as a learning and development subject-matter expert, providing guidance on learning design, program structure, delivery methods, and learner experience.

Design and lead the implementation of strategic learning initiatives, including onboarding, mandatory compliance training, AI Academy, Growth Academy, partner certifications, and other organizational development programs.

Implement, administer, and continuously improve digital learning platforms, LMS solutions, e-learning authoring tools, and virtual learning technologies.

Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and virtual learning experiences that encourage knowledge transfer, skill development, and practical application.

Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers, supporting individual growth, career development, and ongoing learning journeys.

Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, development priorities, and emerging learning needs, translating insights into practical action plans and targeted programs.

Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis, learner feedback, performance indicators, and impact or ROI assessments, using findings to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and subject-matter experts to ensure learning strategies remain connected to organizational goals and evolving business needs.

Contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning by identifying new approaches, technologies, and methodologies that can enhance employee development.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Proven experience successfully implementing learning and development programs, preferably across global or geographically distributed organizations.

Strong knowledge of learning design principles and the ability to create structured, engaging, learner-centered development programs.

Experience with Learning Management Systems, e-learning authoring tools, virtual learning platforms, and other digital learning technologies.

Basic knowledge of video creation and editing to support the development of engaging learning content.

Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences across both virtual and in-person learning environments.

Ability to interpret learning and performance data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across different organizational levels.

Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environments.

A proactive, collaborative, and continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to adapt learning strategies as organizational needs evolve.

Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency is considered a plus.

Professional certifications in Learning & Development or related disciplines are advantageous.

Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices is a plus.

Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their application in learning and development is considered an advantage.
