Requirements

Currently work as an HR manager, payroll specialist, payroll manager, operations leader, benefits administrator, compensation professional, HR generalist, or business owner with direct responsibility for payroll or HR systems.

Work within a small or medium-sized business environment.

Have direct experience using, administering, evaluating, or implementing modern payroll and HR software platforms.

Be familiar with the competitive landscape of HR technology and have experience comparing different solutions.

Be comfortable explaining administrative workflows and describing how specific software features are used.

Able to communicate clearly and candidly about software strengths, limitations, usability, and integration needs.
