The Sr. Business Analyst will support a major Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program focused on improving healthcare access, data availability, and patient care for Indigenous communities. In this role, you will support program management office (PMO) operations by strengthening knowledge management, SharePoint governance, and contract management execution. You will oversee documentation processes, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure program information remains organized, accessible, and reliable. Working closely with functional teams, subject matter experts, content owners, and leadership, you will help streamline workflows and improve collaboration across the program. You will also coordinate lessons learned initiatives, monitor knowledge management requests, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in SharePoint administration, process documentation, and continuous improvement will contribute to better program oversight and more consistent execution. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to support a large-scale federal healthcare modernization initiative, with occasional travel of approximately 10–25% as needed.

  • Support knowledge management (KM) operations and SharePoint Online administration, ensuring consistent organization, accessibility, and governance of program information.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint lists, document libraries, modern pages, metadata structures, permissions, and user groups.
  • Monitor, triage, and track knowledge management tickets, coordinating resolution and providing visibility into progress and outstanding issues.
  • Support the development and maintenance of program assets, including process documentation, procedures, templates, and structured knowledge repositories.
  • Identify duplicate, outdated, or abandoned SharePoint content and coordinate cleanup recommendations with content owners and subject matter experts.
  • Program documentation and lessons learned
  • Manage and coordinate the Lessons Learned process, including collecting submissions, facilitating updates, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Engage program stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and refine lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Promote consistent use of documentation templates, standardized processes, and program knowledge assets across teams.
  • Coordinate content reviews with subject matter experts and content owners to validate governance recommendations and maintain documentation quality.
  • Collaboration and operational support
  • Support GovSlack user administration, including account creation, account removal, access troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Collaborate with knowledge management specialists and functional teams to resolve tickets promptly and maintain effective content governance.
  • Coordinate communications across program teams, ensuring relevant stakeholders receive timely updates and have access to accurate information.
  • Prepare clear presentations, briefings, and status updates for program audiences, including leadership and customers.
  • Support program management office activities related to contract execution, workflow tracking, reporting, and operational coordination.
  • Process improvement and governance
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and documentation challenges, recommending practical solutions to improve consistency and program performance.
  • Strengthen SharePoint governance practices to reduce content duplication, improve usability, and support compliance with established program standards.
  • Monitor knowledge management workflows and promote adoption of structured documentation and collaboration practices.
  • Support change management, issue escalation, milestone tracking, and workflow improvement throughout program development and implementation activities.
  • Apply analytical methods and structured problem-solving to improve operational efficiency and support program objectives.
