Sr Technical Consultant

This is a senior-level technical consulting role for a professional with strong expertise in a specialized discipline and the ability to work independently with limited guidance. You will apply deep conceptual and practical knowledge to solve complex problems, improve existing processes, and support important customer, operational, and project activities. The role offers opportunities to lead projects or defined project phases while collaborating with related teams and stakeholders. You will also serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping strengthen team capabilities. Success in this position requires sound judgment, an understanding of best practices, and the ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly. This is a full-time remote opportunity based in Brazil.

• Degree or equivalent professional experience providing a solid foundation in the relevant technical discipline.
• In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of a specialized area, including its fundamental principles, practices, and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and exercise sound judgment when evaluating multiple sources of information.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision and managing responsibilities within broad guidelines and established policies.
• Ability to lead small projects or project teams and manage manageable risks and resource requirements.
• Strong understanding of best practices and how your area of expertise integrates with other disciplines.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to junior or less experienced colleagues.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex or sensitive topics and build consensus.
