Product ManagementProduct Manager

As a Staff Product Manager, you will define the vision and strategy for a growing B2B marketing product portfolio within an innovative, AI-powered technology environment. You will lead product initiatives end to end, from account discovery and audience targeting to campaign measurement and reporting. Working closely with engineering, design, revenue, partnerships, and data teams, you will translate complex customer needs into scalable, high-impact product solutions. You will shape multi-year product strategy while maintaining a sharp focus on execution, usability, and measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong technical fluency, commercial insight, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization without relying on formal authority. As part of a remote-first team, you will help make B2B marketing capabilities a meaningful competitive advantage while exploring thoughtful applications of AI to improve customer experiences.

  • Own the B2B product portfolio: Lead the B2B and account-based marketing (ABM) portfolio end to end, covering the customer journey from account discovery through campaign execution, measurement, and reporting.

  • Define product vision and strategy: Establish a compelling short- and long-term vision, develop a multi-year product strategy, and position B2B marketing capabilities as a competitive differentiator.

  • Drive product development: Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver products and features from concept through launch, managing technical dependencies and organizational complexity.

  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives: Maintain a detailed understanding of customer needs, product performance, and business objectives to ensure teams focus on the features and improvements with the greatest impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Align stakeholders across Revenue, Partnerships, Data Science, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Design, communicating decisions and priorities clearly.

  • Translate technical complexity: Work with engineering teams on data pipelines, identity resolution, integrations, and measurement or attribution constraints, translating technical considerations into understandable business implications.

  • Improve customer experiences: Apply design thinking, usability principles, and inclusive design practices to create intuitive workflows that meet the needs of B2B marketers.

  • Support product reliability: Respond to questions from customer-facing teams, help triage bugs and regressions, and ensure product issues are addressed with appropriate urgency.

  • Leverage AI thoughtfully: Incorporate AI tools into product management workflows and evaluate where AI-driven capabilities provide value to B2B customers versus where deterministic approaches are more appropriate.

  • Build stakeholder trust: Establish strong working relationships across teams, influence decisions through clear reasoning and evidence, and maintain alignment on product goals and key performance indicators.
