This role supports strategic decision-making through data, analytics, and operational insights across a complex technology organization.
You will translate business requirements into scalable reporting, dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions.
The position works closely with Network Infrastructure, Colocation, Planning, Capacity, and Finance stakeholders.
You will help automate reporting and enable self-service access to critical business metrics.
The role combines hands-on technical analysis with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
You will contribute to improving data processes, standardizing insights, and supporting operational excellence.
This is a remote opportunity suited to an analytical professional who enjoys connecting data with business outcomes.

  • Partner with Network Infrastructure and Colocation teams to understand business needs, requirements, metrics, and analytical priorities.

  • Build, maintain, and improve analytics solutions, including dashboards, reports, data models, and supporting data processes.

  • Automate recurring reporting and develop self-service capabilities that provide stakeholders with timely visibility into key performance metrics.

  • Write SQL queries and combine information from multiple data sources to support analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

  • Assist with developing and maintaining data pipelines and models for analytics use cases.

  • Create clear visualizations and reports that communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support data quality, integration, and reporting processes across functions including Regional Planning, Global Capacity Planning, Colocation, and Finance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.

  • Apply AI-enabled developer tools where appropriate to improve day-to-day analytical and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with approximately 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data engineering, data analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.

  • Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis, quality assurance, and data validation tasks.

  • Experience with data and system integrations and an understanding of how data moves between systems.

  • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau.

  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn these technologies.

  • Practical experience using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude in day-to-day work.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and clearly present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong attention to data quality and detail.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and adapt to changing business priorities.
