Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for assigned searches and priority talent segments, establishing measurable objectives and outcomes.

Build, maintain, and continuously refresh proactive talent pipelines based on current and anticipated skills needs, workforce plans, and market signals.

Partner with recruiting teams, HR business partners, and hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, sourcing approaches, and stakeholder communication plans.

Research talent markets and provide actionable intelligence covering talent supply and demand, competitor organizations, compensation, geographic trends, diversity availability, and sourcing funnel performance.

Prepare qualified candidate slates, conduct detailed candidate interviews, and provide calibrated assessments and recommendations to hiring stakeholders.

Use pipeline and recruiting metrics to track performance, communicate progress, and recommend adjustments to sourcing strategies.

Identify sourcing and recruiting process gaps, test improvements, support adoption of new technologies, and document scalable best practices.

Develop and support conference, career fair, networking, and professional event strategies, including candidate outreach before events and follow-up afterward.

Represent the organization at relevant professional associations, industry conferences, career fairs, networking events, college programs, and diversity-focused events.

Build and strengthen long-term talent communities through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and relationship management.

Ensure sourcing and staffing activities comply with applicable corporate, local, state, and federal requirements.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

6+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience within a corporate environment, agency, or executive search firm; life sciences and commercial recruiting experience are strongly preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including passive candidate identification, direct sourcing, referrals, networking, job boards, social media, and advanced internet research.

Experience conducting market research, organization mapping, talent mapping, name generation, and candidate development.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish expectations, influence hiring leaders, and provide consultative guidance supported by data.

Experience developing, analyzing, and reporting on talent pipelines, sourcing activity, recruiting metrics, and funnel conversion.

Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills, including experience with behavioral interviewing and direct candidate outreach or cold calling.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

Strong operational and project management capabilities, with excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new technologies, sourcing tools, and ways of working.

Ability to translate market intelligence and recruiting data into clear recommendations and stakeholder-ready updates.
