This role leads a large-scale technical assessment of an existing Oracle E-Business Suite environment and its potential transition to Oracle ERP Cloud. You will evaluate the current technology landscape, including integrations, customizations, reporting, data, and technical dependencies. Working closely with functional experts and program leadership, you will identify cloud-readiness gaps and develop practical technical recommendations. The role combines enterprise architecture, migration planning, data strategy, and stakeholder leadership. You will help define the target architecture, migration sequencing, and integration approach while addressing security and compliance considerations. Your recommendations will help shape a clear and actionable roadmap for a complex cloud transformation.

Lead the technical assessment of the existing Oracle E-Business Suite environment, covering integrations, extensions, reports, data, customizations, and dependencies.
Identify technical challenges, dependencies, and risks associated with transitioning from Oracle EBS to Oracle ERP Cloud.
Evaluate module coverage across Field Service, Supply Chain Management, Advanced Planning, and Financials.
Map existing EBS capabilities to Oracle ERP Cloud functionality and identify areas requiring reconfiguration, extension, or retirement.
Assess data migration requirements and relevant tools and approaches, including FBDI, OTBI, and integration methods.
Conduct cloud-readiness and gap analyses and document findings, technical options, and recommended approaches.
Define high-level architecture for Oracle ERP Cloud adoption, including integration, reporting, security, and identity management considerations.
Recommend migration sequencing and technical strategies to support an effective transition and deployment roadmap.
Collaborate with the Functional Lead to align technical findings with business processes and program objectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to subject matter experts, team members, and program staff.
Present assessment findings to program leadership and contribute to executive-level documentation and deliverables.

Requirements

10+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, with strong technical and integration expertise.
3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion Applications.
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, particularly Field Service, Supply Chain Management, Advanced Planning, and Financials.
Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations, data migration, reporting, BI Publisher, OTBI, and security.
Proven experience leading cloud-readiness assessments, technical gap analyses, and migration planning initiatives.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and the technical considerations involved in moving complex EBS environments to the cloud.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations.
Experience working in complex federal, public-sector, or large enterprise environments is valuable.
Ability to collaborate effectively with functional leaders, technical subject matter experts, program teams, and executive stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex environments and develop practical technical roadmaps.
