Enter large volumes of alphanumeric information, customer records, and inventory data accurately into databases and spreadsheets.

Compare digital entries with original source documents to identify, correct, and prevent data-entry errors.

Review records for inconsistencies, missing information, and outdated details, taking appropriate action to resolve discrepancies.

Handle sensitive financial, customer, and personal information securely while following established data privacy and confidentiality procedures.

Organize and maintain documentation so that records remain accurate, complete, and easily accessible.

Prepare data-related reports and other documentation as required.

Manage daily workloads efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Requirements

1–2 years of experience in administrative work, data entry, or another high-volume information-processing environment.

Exceptional attention to detail, strong concentration, and a consistent commitment to accuracy.

Strong typing and data-entry skills with the ability to process information efficiently while minimizing errors.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks and competing priorities.

Strong computer skills and confidence working with digital databases, spreadsheets, and office software.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated ability to organize, maintain, and securely store business documentation.

Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality practices when handling sensitive information.

Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
