Requirements

Academic or technical education compatible with the relevant area, either completed or in progress.
Basic to advanced technology knowledge, depending on the position and seniority level.
Availability to work remotely, according to the requirements of the respective area.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with an analytical mindset and focus on results and quality.
Certifications in Scrum, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Analytics, DevOps, or other relevant technologies are considered a plus.
Previous experience with agile methodologies, programming languages, databases, integration tools, or digital transformation projects is desirable.
Conversational English or Spanish is an advantage.
