This is an opportunity for an experienced product executive to lead a core payments and money movement portfolio at a growing financial technology organization. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will oversee multiple product teams spanning payment acceptance and orchestration, risk and compliance, disbursements, settlement, reconciliation, and APIs. You will shape the strategy and roadmap for a high-volume transactional platform while balancing immediate execution with long-term modernization. Working closely with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Revenue leaders, you will improve platform reliability, scalability, efficiency, and commercial performance. You will also develop strong product leaders and make core capabilities more reusable and configurable across markets, products, and customer segments. This role offers significant influence over product strategy, business growth, and the next generation of payment infrastructure.

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Payments & Money Movement portfolio, aligning product investments with business priorities and customer needs.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop experienced product leaders and their teams, fostering accountability, autonomy, and strong execution.

  • Oversee payment acceptance and processing capabilities across cards, ACH, digital wallets, cash, and emerging payment methods.

  • Advance payment orchestration and routing capabilities, including Smart Switch, to optimize payment performance across processors, payment rails, and methods.

  • Lead products supporting payment risk management, compliance, configurable business rules, and financial controls.

  • Guide the development of money movement capabilities, including disbursements, funding, clearing, settlement, billing, pricing, and client and collector reconciliation.

  • Oversee APIs and platform access capabilities that enable clients, partners, and internal products to integrate securely and extend payment functionality.

  • Partner closely with Engineering leadership to scale, modernize, and transform a complex, high-volume transaction platform.

  • Drive platform investments that improve reliability, scalability, operational efficiency, payment performance, and unit economics.

  • Generalize and standardize core capabilities to support existing and future business verticals without relying on bespoke solutions.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure systems and processes support increasing transaction volume and operational complexity.

  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to translate platform improvements into measurable client outcomes, revenue opportunities, and business value.

  • Balance near-term delivery with long-term modernization, enabling faster launches of new payment methods, products, capabilities, and markets.

  • Contribute to the broader product strategy and operating model as a key member of the Product Leadership Team.

  • Establish clear success metrics and improve execution, accountability, and outcomes across the portfolio.
