The Youth Development Sr. Training and TA Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the delivery of evidence-based youth development programs through training, coaching, and technical assistance. This position supports facilitators, program teams, and community partners in implementing high-quality, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed practices. You will lead training initiatives, develop practical resources, and help teams translate program models into consistent, effective services. The role combines subject matter expertise, relationship-building, and hands-on implementation support to enhance program quality and outcomes for children, youth, and families. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a collaborative professional passionate about youth development, capacity-building, and community impact.

Coordinate facilitator onboarding, skills development, refresher sessions, coaching cycles, and ongoing implementation support.
  • Program Implementation and Quality Improvement: Support implementation monitoring through observations, fidelity assessments, check-ins, and structured feedback. Identify strengths, barriers, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to program leadership and implementation partners.
  • Curriculum and Resource Development: Contribute to the development, review, and refinement of training materials, facilitator guides, implementation tools, and technical assistance resources. Ensure materials align with evidence-based practices, developmental needs, cultural relevance, accessibility, and trauma-informed principles.
  • Implementation Fidelity and Best Practices: Promote consistent delivery of approved curricula and program models across teams and partner organizations. Maintain relevant certifications and up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based curricula and implementation standards.
  • Collaboration and Program Alignment: Partner with department leadership, program teams, and community organizations to align training and technical assistance activities with program objectives. Facilitate cross-program learning and share effective practices that improve service delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, coaching activities, technical assistance provided, fidelity findings, and improvement recommendations. Communicate key findings and priorities to the Senior Program Director of Health and Families to support informed decision-making.
