Both parents are working professionals, with the mother working from home. Their daughter attends preschool five mornings per week, leaving dedicated time for the infant. The nanny should have experience caring for multiple children of different ages and be able to build a strong, trusting bond with both children. The family would love to find someone who is genuinely present and engaged with the children, prioritizing their needs and development during outings and activities. The family strongly emphasizes education, developmental milestones, and creating enriching experiences through age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, music, art, and exploration.
