RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA Student/ABA Case Manager to join our collaborative pediatric team. This role is ideal for a BCBA student enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework who is actively working toward certification and has completed or is working toward 1,000+ fieldwork hours.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism, implement treatment plans, collect behavioral data, support families, and help children develop meaningful skills. This position also offers opportunities to manage a small caseload, support team training, and gain valuable clinical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

→Implement ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
→Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric patients
→Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data
→Communicate with families and interdisciplinary team members
→Support client programming and documentation under BCBA supervision
→Participate in team meetings and care coordination
→Assist with training and onboarding Behavior Technicians and RBTs
→Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis
1,000+ fieldwork hours completed or in progress
CPR certification required
RBT certification preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
