Concrete Finisher

• Prepare work areas, forms, and subgrades prior to concrete placement
• Place, spread, level, and finish concrete 
• Operate hand and power tools used in concrete construction and finishing
• Use screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, and related tools to achieve the required finish
• Cut and install control joints as needed
• Apply broom, smooth, and other specified finishes
• Monitor concrete consistency and appearance throughout the placement and finishing process
• Perform edging, patching, surface repairs, and touch-up work
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Other tasks as assigned
• Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all jobsite safety procedures

• Previous concrete finishing or concrete construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of concrete placement, leveling, floating, edging, and finishing techniques
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• OSHA 10; TI may provide qualified candidates 
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
