Licensed Journeyman Electrician

• Install and rough-in conduit, junction boxes, wiring, and electrical panels
• Run and pull wire through conduit systems
• Bend and install EMT conduit
• Install and route MC cable
• Perform electrical demolition, including removal of existing conduit and wiring
• De-energize, disconnect, and secure circuits prior to demolition
• Complete electrical terminations
• Install and replace lighting, switches, outlets, ceiling fans, and fixtures
• Perform service upgrades and panel replacements
• Complete electrical work in apartment units, common areas, and mixed-use retail spaces
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using standard testing equipment
• Perform low-voltage installations as required
• Assist with industrial electrical work when needed
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and local building codes

• Current Washington Journeyman Electrician License
• Previous commercial or multifamily electrical experience
• Experience with conduit installation, EMT rough-in, MC cable, electrical wiring, panels, and terminations
• Ability to safely perform electrical demolition and circuit de-energization
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience using electrical testing equipment
• Basic electrical hand tools and tools of the trade
• Proper PPE 
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety procedures
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred
