We’re pioneering the future of agrifintech in Europe. We’re on a mission to build a category-defining leader in one of the most crucial industries on the continent: Agriculture. Backed by leading venture capital firms with over €10 million in seed funding, we are a high-impact and output-driven team. We’re rapidly gaining momentum with the first products already loved by customers.
As our Chief of Staff to the Founders, Operations & Risk, you’ll work directly with the founders on some of the company’s most critical priorities across operations, credit risk, and finance.
This is a role for an exceptional, high-potential profile early in their career. Someone with the ambition and execution ability to operate far above their tenure. You’ll help solve complex cross-functional problems, build scalable processes, introduce automation, improve decision-making in risk and finance, and drive mission-critical initiatives from analysis to implementation.
You’ll be expected to think like an owner, move fast in ambiguity, and raise the bar on whatever you touch. This is not a classic staff or support role. It is a demanding, high-exposure seat at the center of the company for someone who wants to work directly with founders, learn at extreme speed, and help build a category-defining business from the inside.
