The ideal candidate will be on-site in Johnston, IA, but open to a remote location for the right candidate.
## Your Responsibilities
As an Accountant for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA, you will:
* Be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial results related to the JDF Portfolio's Credit Losses by partnering closely with finance, risk, and reporting teams
* Drive execution of and provide business counseling for the Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) processes and results
* Prepare documentation to support internal controls, audits, management and regulatory reporting
* Perform account reconciliations and support monthly and quarterly close processes
* Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls, documentation, and efficiency
