Title: Bilingual Territory Aftermarket Business Manager - 120786 Primary Location: Canada (CA) - Off-Site - Remote Function: Marketing and Sales (CA) Ricardo Koslowsky Onsite/Remote: Remote Position New or Existing Position: Existing Position Salary Range: $101,952.00- $124,608.00 annually Candidates applying for this position must be legally eligible to work in Canada. ## Your Responsibilities As a Territory Aftermarket Business Manager for Ag &Turf Sales/Marketing, you will help dealers achieve outstanding aftermarket performance and connect deeply with their customers from the first day of ownership through the entire life cycle of the equipment making the John Deere experience a long-lasting and valuable one. You will be part of a team that calls on John Deere dealerships, independent resellers, wholesalers, and service providers across many different channels of distribution with the purpose of increasing Aftermarket (parts and service) sales through promotions, product knowledge, training, and customer support. In this role, you will also: * Work directly with John Deere dealers to provide support for their Aftermarket strategy, including assistance with parts business growth plans and provide direct sales support for all parts, attachments, and service sales. * Work with John Deere Parts Operations, Logistics, Customer Support, and other territory field team members as needed to help dealers resolve complex issues related to parts availability, returns, shipping issues (such as damaged freight, delayed freight, etc.) credits, etc. * Call on a variety of non-John Deere resellers such as Independent Repair Shops, Competitive Ag & Turf Dealers, Farm Stores, Forestry Dealers, Automotive, and others, assisting with parts information, issue resolution, and training on the use of systems, processes, and products. * Travel off territory to support regional and national events, including attending quarterly and annual sales meetings. ## What Skills You Need * Ability to facilitate dealer meetings, assist with business plan development and provide sales support for all John Deere/All Makes parts, attachments, and service sales. * Ability to manage multiple tasks to their completion with excellent follow up skills and processes. * Effective communication skills, written, verbal, and listening. * 1 + years of experience working with a dealer channel. * Willingness and availability to travel up to 50% within Canada and the US. * Bilingual communication skills (French/English). ## What Makes You Stand Out * Experience using negotiation skills. * Agriculture and Turf industry product knowledge. * Experience interacting with Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Support. * Negotiation, business case development and selling skills experience. * Previous experience or knowledge of dealers and/or other channels aftermarket (parts and service) processes. ## Education * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or equivalent discipline.
