Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​ GL Accountant Poznań, Poland Your responsibilities:​ * Perform daily and monthly general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis with focus on fixed assets and leasing processes. * Collaborate with the Team and with various business partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting. * Preparing month-end and year-end closings * Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements. * Support the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. ​ Our requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance (AP, AR or GL). * University degree preferably in Finance/Accounting or similar. * Practical knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills * English B2, both written and verbal. * Ability to plan and execute tasks independently. * Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ​ Nice to have:​ * German language will be an advantage. * Knowledge of US GAAP.
