Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Major Porpuse As a Talent and Leadership Development Specialist at John Deere, you will design and lead talent, leadership development, and succession initiatives for critical positions across Latin America, operating with consistently high standards of quality, rigor, and execution. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver innovative, strategic, and regionally relevant solutions aligned with global guidelines and John Deere’s strategy. You will play a key role in strengthening culture, employee experience, performance management, and leadership capability at scale, working in an agile, collaborative, and results‑driven environment with strong accountability and ownership. ## Main Responsibilities * Represent the Learning, Development & Culture Area with key business and HR stakeholders, creating a partnership with them. * Create strategies aligned with global guidelines while considering regional complexity. * Design talent development solutions and leadership development programs aligned with John Deere’s strategy, creating solutions and leading/tracking implementation. * Develop innovative solutions to enhance employee experience in accessing development programs. * Provide insights and recommendations for the Human Resources strategic plan related to talent and leadership development initiatives. * Support performance management and employee engagement (Employee Experience) across the region. * Train and act as a coach on talent and leadership development topics for HR Business Partners teams across Latin America and support business leader education. * Work regionally using agile methodologies, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and value delivery. * Foster employee engagement survey participation and action plans, leading the work with HR Community * Design and lead initiatives to ignite and engage Latin America employees on John Deere’s Culture * Boost change management & growth mindset methodologies and mindset through upskilling and development proposed initiatives ## What Skills You Need * Advanced English: able to read and write emails independently and participate in meetings and calls. * Experience in Talent and Leadership Development activities, including designing and leading development programs, succession planning, and leadership acceleration programs. * Experience with employee experience and engagement tools. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Monterrey. * Stakeholder & complexity management skills. * Strategic communication. * Innovative and strategic thinking approach. * Team spirit to integrate and partner with the team. * Ambition, strong accountability & autonomy to define goals and deliver the projects. ## What Makes You Stand Out * Portuguese: strong vocabulary and grammar, able to lead meetings, negotiate, and deliver training sessions. * Experience implementing corporate initiatives. * Experience working in multinational companies. ## Education Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level This position will be posted for a minimum of 10 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.
