Location: Brasil (BR) - São Paulo - Indaiatuba Function: Gerenciamento de Suprimentos / Logística Title: Regional Commodity Buyer - Core Tech - Indaiatuba/SP - 121781 ## We are looking for a Regional Buyer to join John Deere at our Regional Office in Indaiatuba/SP. In this role, you will manage Core Tech commodities (wiring harnesses, electronic components, and drivetrain), with a focus on sourcing strategy execution, supplier management, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities. ## Key Responsibilities * Support execution of the commodity sourcing strategy in the region; * Lead RFQs, competitiveness analyses, and the identification of cost-reduction and localization opportunities; * Work jointly with Engineering, Quality, and plant Supply Chain teams to implement the identified opportunities; * Support the identification and development of new suppliers aligned with the strategy; * Support performance management of current suppliers regarding cost, quality, and delivery. ## Skills You Need * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Advanced English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and conduct training sessions); * Experience in Purchasing / Strategic Sourcing of direct materials; * Experience with negotiation and supplier management; * Solid knowledge of Excel and other digital tools; * Analytical and results-oriented profile; * Availability to work on-site (with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid 3x2 model later). ## What Makes You Stand Out * Experience with cost breakdown analysis, should-cost analysis, and technical RFQs; * Knowledge of electronic components and drivetrain systems; * Previous experience in automakers or system suppliers. ### Our Main Benefits * Variable compensation * Health Insurance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Vision Care Benefit * Vaccination reimbursement * Corporate University * TotalPass * Depending on the location, on-site cafeteria, meal voucher, or food allowance * Pharmacy assistance * And more ### Our Recruitment Process The selection process begins with your application.
