Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Main Responsibilities * Serves as a support for business analysts and sales teams in the affairs related to the pricing of sales orders and commercial policy of the group. * Designs and manages information systems to ensure the accuracy of information for the company's decision-making processes of pricing information on the market, competition, and consumer behavior. * Modeling and maintaining incentive plans * Ensuring alignment between incentives and business objectives * Calculating payouts accurately and on time * Performing performance analysis and effectiveness assessments * Supporting planning cycles, forecasts, and scenario modeling * Maintaining governance, controls, and audit readiness * Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, and marketing ## What Skills You Need * Work independently to collate and analyze cost price and/or project data using data modeling tools and algorithms to calculate cost process and project estimates. * Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization. * Collect market data and maintain a database of market intelligence to support the marketing and sales planning process. * Use strategic planning systems and protocols to support others. * Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
