  • Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Biology, with emphasis on nutrition or nutrition-related field.
  • Computer literacy including ability to communicate and develop teaching materials and enter grades electronically.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the use of appropriate computer software.
  • Demonstrate fluency in written and oral communications.
  • Successfully completed undergraduate or graduate level coursework in human anatomy and physiology.
  • One year of College-level teaching experience.
  • Prefer applicant to be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
