Reservation Specialist Moldova

For providing high-quality bookimg process we are looking for Reservation Specialist in Join UP! Moldova 
 
In this role you will be responsible for:  
• Managing reservation process for all company destinations and types of products: confirmation, changes, corrections, making alternatives, recalculations, cancellations etc. for classic and dynamic packages, tks only, accommodation only etc. 
• Assist agencies with booking process, including booking, rebooking, confirmation of reservations and additional services. 
• Reseating of tourists after cancelled and optimized flights, of overbookings on a flight/s: 
informing agents with agreed selection of options for reseating 
• Resolve problem situations promptly and effectively: 
• Handle individual and “price requests” requests and understand specific client travel requirements. 
• Control of the timeliness of request processing. 
• Improving the speed of request confirmation. 
• Control of prompt decisions on "price request" requests. 
• Establish effective cooperation with DMC partners, interact with them to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery. 
• Assistance in resolving issues of reseatings, conflict situations upon arrival of tourists. 
• Advise agents on hotel bases, additional services, work rules, and site navigation. 
• Maintain and manage agency relationships. 
• Consulting travel agents over the phone on matters related to their confirmed bookings.
