Outside Operations (Old Trail Location)

Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club is looking for high-energy, service-minded individuals to join our Outside Golf Operations team at our Old Trail location. As the first and last point of contact for our members, you play a critical role in setting the tone for a world-class day on the course.

• →Member Arrival & Bag Drop: Greet members and guests at the bag drop with a professional and welcoming attitude, assisting with the loading and unloading of golf clubs.
• →Cart Fleet Maintenance: Clean, stage, and stock our golf cart fleet, ensuring every vehicle is pristine and ready for play.
• →Practice Facility Upkeep: Maintain the practice range by picking, cleaning, and restocking golf balls, ensuring the area stays organized throughout the day.
• →Club Storage & Tournament Support: Manage member club storage and assist with tournament setups to ensure the entire operation runs efficiently.
• →Post-Round Service: Clean member clubs after their round and assist them as they depart, providing a high level of attentive service until they leave the property.

• Service Mindset: A positive attitude and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service to our members.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to be punctual for early morning or evening shifts.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for long periods, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift golf bags or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required to operate golf carts and club vehicles safely.
• Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support the Club’s golf and event schedule.
