As an Architectural Designer at Journey, you'll have the opportunity to learn by doing. Working across a diverse range of projects alongside a collaborative team, you'll build new skills, contribute to meaningful design work, and gain exposure to every stage of the creative process.

We're looking for someone who's curious, thoughtful, and excited to grow. Bring fresh ideas, ask questions, share your perspective, and don't be afraid to challenge the expected. You'll collaborate with designers, strategists, clients, consultants, and fabricators to help develop design concepts and bring them to life with creativity, care, rigor and attention to detail.

ICRAVE is an award-winning powerhouse team of designers, strategists, and experts turning bold ideas into reality. With over two decades of design excellence, innovation and industry thought leadership in strategy, interiors, and experience design collaborating with both Fortune 500 brands and up-and-coming companies across a variety of sectors, our work shapes experiences across the globe, connecting cultures and breaking boundaries.

In 2002, ICRAVE became a founding studio of Journey, the global design and innovation agency shaping the future through multidimensional experiences (MDX) that connect people, brands, and culture. Journey’s layered MDX approach crafts story-driven, sensory-rich engagement across physical, immersive, digital, and virtual spaces—fueled by creative and technological innovation.
